We were nearing the end of Spring Break for Nolan and Barrett this weekend, and Scott worked Mon-Thu of the break, so the last few days were pretty event filled. Friday afternoon we went to Windsor, CO to skate while Kelly shopped and then we all had dinner.
On Saturday morning, we checked the Snowy Range Ski Area web page to see if they were still open. It turned out that Saturday was their final day of the season and they had free skiing all day! So, Nolan, Barrett and Scott loaded up and headed over the Laramie Range and into the Snowy Range for an afternoon of skiing. This was Barrett's 1st time to ski, and he did very, very well. Scott only helped him down the first half of the first run and then he just took off. The "magic carpet" lift was great for him, and we quickly moved over to the lift that serviced a nice open green run.
